I've had a wee bit of trouble in the past posting about politics and current events... But this letter reached out to me today and I'd be really interested to know what thoughts you all have after you read it. What speaks for you? What doesn't? What do you care about? What don't you? What do you think are the important issues of today and tomorrow? What role do you feel you can play? Does this letter make you feel empowered? Or powerless?

I agree with her letter. I am studying the US constitution for a interview I have to do and let me tell you. I am shocked at how diluted this country has done to the Consitution!
This country needs to go back and study and apply the constitution as it has kept the US for so long a time.
I wont even get into the spiritual part.
I read the letter a couple days ago and thought it was very good. I'm glad Glen Beck found it and is publicizing it. What she proposes will take a lot of work and a lot of energy. However, we know, historically, that it works. I am glad she (and I hope everyone) realizes that letters alone won't do it.
I have sent a link to your blog along with notice of Glenn Beck's article along to some friends. I hope you do not mind. The article really spoke tome and I wanted to share it with friends who I know share my political views. Joe and Becky and I have some great discussions.
I have been trying to find a time to call. Maybe this evening, although, this is the evening of Joshua's annual poolside birthday party.
